Hello! I'm Avonlea, a licensed real estate agent with a passion for the back-end details of the real estate industry. Real estate is a family affair here, and my career began with my mother-in-law in 2016 as her executive assistant, managing all details of a successful real estate agent-- from transaction coordination, to office administration, to marketing management and everything in between!

In 2019, I obtained my Georgia real estate salesperson license and spent a year working with buyers and sellers, and soaking up any and all of the training that was available in my Keller Williams market center. During that time, I also became a BOLD graduate, along with earning my BOLD 100 pin. During this time, I discovered that though I was passionate about helping others, my real strength was in the paperwork, building systems, and assisting others through their transactions. Out of that realization, Topline Transaction Coordination was born.

"Why the name?" I know that topline may be a unique term to most so let me explain. I have spent most of my life in and around horses. In fact, before going into real estate full time, I had managed several horse farms. On a horse, the "topline" is the muscle that goes across the top of their back, and it is the single most important muscle that holds everything together and supports all of the other muscles. Yes, all muscles are important and have their own individual roles in helping a horse to move forward beautifully, but the topline is like the glue that holds everything together. With a strong topline comes powerful horse that is seamlessly able to propel itself forward.

This is my goal for all of my clients-- To be able to provide that support that is like a glue that holds everything together, so that we can all seamlessly and powerfully move forward to that closing table!

In my free time, I love to spend time with my husband and two young kiddos doing all things outdoors-- Trout fishing, going to the park, and hanging out with our nine chickens! I also love spending time in our adorable little coffeehouse on our town square, checking out antique stores, and spending time riding dressage with my Swedish Warmblood, Eloise.
